The base period runs from April 30, 2026, through April 29, 2027, with four one-year option periods extending through April 29, 2031. Services must be performed during normal working hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays) with minimum three working days advance notice to the TPOC. Contractor personnel must be certified to maintain and repair Liebert equipment and will undergo security screening prior to facility access. Performance Work Statement (PWS) / Statement of Work (SOW) LAN Room HVAC Maintenance Technology Services Organization (TSO)
1. Background The Technology Services Organization (TSO) office spaces are served by four local area network (LAN) rooms. The LAN rooms require climate control for temperature and humidity. The TSO is responsible for maintaining the HVAC equipment that maintains the proper climate for the IT equipment in the LAN rooms. The HVAC equipment requires routine and emergency maintenance in order to maintain proper cooling and climate control.
The mission of the TSO is to maintain automate information systems that support military pay and personnel management for the Marine Corps enterprise.
2. Scope The TSO needs a service contract to maintain HVAC equipment requires routine and emergency maintenance in order to maintain proper cooling and climate control.
3. Performance Requirements
3.1. Tasks: The Contractor shall…
3.1.1. Semiannual inspection, preventative maintenance, and cleaning
3.1.2. Filter replacement with at least a MERV11 rated filter every 60 days.
3.1.3. Repair or replace components as required
3.1.4. Maintain an adequate parts inventory in order to avoid equipment outages lasting more than six hours.
3.1.5. Acknowledge emergency requests within 2 hours and be onsite within six hours.
3.1.6. A written list of all work completed will be provided to the COR. Preventive Maintenance Service to include if a piece of equipment needs to be repaired and identified during the PM, the contractor must notify the COR informing of cost of part that needs to be order and for approval of the order and provide a written quote.
3.1.7. Contractor personnel will be certified to maintain and repair Liebert Air Conditioning and Climate Control equipment.

4.6. Hours of Operation: Services must be performed during normal working hours in coordination with the TPOC, 8:00AM – 4:00PM, Monday – Friday, except U.S. Federal Holidays. Visit Federal Holidays (opm.gov) to view the applicable listing of U.S. Federal Holidays. Service personnel must contact the TPOC at a minimum of 3 working days prior to date of service in order to allow sufficient time to add service personnel to the approved visitors list.
