This document is a Past Performance Information Sheet for the Mat Fire Station project in Albania (Solicitation W912GB25R0038). The form requires contractors to provide detailed information about their previous project experience, including project completion date, final cost, project type (design-build or design-bid-build), scope, size, percentage of self-performed work, and project classification (prime contractor, subcontractor, joint venture, or key subcontractor).

The Department of the Army European Command is soliciting this project under full and open competition, with an estimated construction magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The contract will be awarded using a best value trade-off acquisition method, with the award made in U.S. dollars. The project falls under NAICS code 236220, with a size standard of $45,000,000, and businesses' size will be determined by their SAM registration.
