About this file
This document is a combined synopsis and solicitation for two new outside programmable digital signs. One sign will be located at the Fort Yuma Health Center in Winterhaven, California and the other at the Hopi Health Care Center in Polacca, Arizona. Quotes are due by May 24, 2023. Award will be made based on a lowest price technically acceptable evaluation of quotes meeting requirements. Technical evaluation will consider key personnel and project schedule, while past performance and price will also be assessed. The solicitation provides response instructions and the contract terms, including invoicing on the Invoice Processing Platform. The requirement is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 339950.
