Open Market Bid 19-422DNR-LNDMG-B-8040

In regards the above IDNR Request for Quote, the following Vendor questions questions are submitted and answered:

Q1.What type of land use are these fields in? If crops can we drive a UTV through them?
A1.All of the fields are in agricultural crop production, the majority are in row crop but there are a few pastured acres and food plots as well. You would be able to drive an ATV now before the crops get up.
Q2.When do you want the samples taken?
A2.I want the samples to be taken and completed ASAP, they are likely planting this week if possible.
Q3.Verify 5 cores to take for each plot location?
A3.Minimum 5 cores to be taken within a 10 ft radius of sampling point, mixed, and placed in sampling bag and labelled.

For the report:

Q4.Do you want one report for each plot/each field?
A4.The overall report would be a short summary for each plot and each field in order to be able to compare rates at each sampling location going into the future.
Q5.Do we just provide the report provided by the analysis company, or do we need to summarize it for you?
A5.Please provide a quick overall summary and recommendations for each field along with the data provided by the analysis company.

NOTE: The Bid Opening Date / Due Date is changed at June 7, 2019.
