About this file

This is a Change Order Notice issued by the Chief Procurement Office for General Services on behalf of the Illinois State Police (ISP) for temporary staffing services. The change order, referenced as B-54102 under IFB JTR with BidBuy reference number 27-493ISP-ADMIN-B-54102, pertains to the Alert IT temporary services contract for ISP-defined positions. The change order is being issued to add funds to the existing contract due to hiring delays that have increased the agency's dependency on temporary staffing solutions, as certain staffing needs cannot be fulfilled through the CMS master contract.

This change order qualifies for public posting on the Bulletin/BidBuy for a 14-day period, as it increases the contract cost by more than $25,000. The circumstances necessitating this change order are deemed germane to the original contract as signed, consistent with Section 33E-9 of the Criminal Code and the change order definitions outlined in Section 1-15.12 of the Procurement Code and Section 1.2067 of the CPO-GS Administrative Rules.
