About this file

This document is a Change Order Notice issued by the Chief Procurement Office for General Services for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) regarding a contract with Agilent Technologies, Inc. for the procurement of gas chromatographs. Due to supply chain delays, the equipment is unable to be delivered within the originally expected timeframe. This change order extends the contract end date by an additional seven (7) months, from July 29, 2022 to February 28, 2023, to allow for the manufacturing and delivery of the equipment. The contract was originally awarded through a competitive procurement process.

The change order does not indicate any changes to the pricing or other commercial terms of the contract. The document states that the circumstances necessitating the change in performance were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was signed, and that the change is germane to the original contract.
