Amendment 2 Questions and Answers

This amendment is to provide questions and answers that have been received.

1. Were you wanting rectangle decals with this image?

Agency Response: Each line item gives the specific measurements for that item. The decals must be those measurements.

2. It looks like the attached design is cut in half. I will also need to know if you are wanting this printed on vinyl or on the plastic polymer as you have it listed as placards.

Agency Response: The PDF with examples shows both types of required decals. The top design is for line items 1-5 which require the state seal and Exp with a date. On the example, the 1 in 03-31 is cut off a little, but that’s the end. There’s nothing missing after that. The bottom design is the design for line 6-7. Both are to be black and white vinyl sticker that goes on the front and back bumper on the trucks.

3. Question on line item #6 and #7: Are you wanting the -24 and -25 printed on the decals or is there something missing before -24 & -25?

Agency Response: There is nothing missing on the example. The decals are to have -24 and the state seal and -25 and the state seal.
