According to the Change Order Notice requirements under Section 33E-9 of the Criminal Code, this extension notice will be posted on the Bulletin/BidBuy for 14 days as the amendment affects multiple contracts related to telecommunications infrastructure. The change order is determined to be germane to the original contracts as signed and addresses circumstances related to vendor transition planning that may not have been fully foreseeable at the time of initial contract execution.
