About this file

This document is a Change Order Notice for a contract between the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) and a vendor for the installation of a 24-inch hydraulic water pump at the Mississippi River State Fish and Wildlife Area. The change order extends the original contract end date of 5/31/20 by 45 days due to the vendor experiencing staffing issues and productivity slowdowns as a result of following COVID-19 social distancing requirements. The vendor still expects to complete performance testing by the end of May.

The change order is being issued pursuant to Illinois procurement regulations that require notice to be posted for contract changes that increase the cost by more than $10,000 or extend the completion time by 30 days or more. The original contract, BBREFNO: 20-422DNR-REALT-B-15094, was for the procurement and installation of the 24-inch mobile pump station.
