About this file

This document is a Price Schedule for a moving and logistics services contract covering multiple geographic regions (San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Kansas, and New York/Boston). The schedule details labor rates for various personnel categories including Project Managers, Supervisors, Laborers, Drivers, Inventory Technicians, and Warehouse Staff, with separate pricing columns for regular and overtime rates. Additional charges are outlined for equipment rentals, transportation (truck/van hours, mileage), storage, fuel surcharges, and miscellaneous materials like packing supplies, moving equipment, and cargo insurance.

The pricing template includes specific provisions for systems furniture and materials, requiring the contractor to invoice the FDIC at cost and obtain at least three competitive proposals for material groups exceeding $5,000. Storage charges must be pro-rated based on actual days used. The document is marked as a "Draft for Informational Purposes Only" and appears to be preparing for a federal contract, likely with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), covering comprehensive moving and logistics services across multiple regional markets.
