(Grand Rapids, MI) and Agilti Health, Inc. (Minneapolis, MN). The contract term is 2 years and 9 months with up to five one-year renewal options. The evaluation was conducted by a Joint Evaluation Committee consisting of five voting members representing MDOC and Central Procurement Services, along with four non-voting advisory members.

The scoring breakdown included 52 points for Statement of Work sections addressing equipment and services specifications, 19 points for staffing qualifications, and 21 points for company experience and background. The price proposal includes $452,218.50 for annual preventative maintenance costs and EXA Software platform costs for the base contract years, with an additional estimated $500,000.00 for anticipated new equipment and repair costs based on MDOC's anticipated needs and Schedule B pricing. Agilti Health scored 75 points and did not meet the minimum technical threshold, primarily due to deficiencies in service delivery capabilities, staffing structure, and experience documentation. Unsuccessful bidders were offered debriefing sessions with the Solicitation Manager, Lisa Spitzley.
