About this file

This is an Award Date Extension notice issued by the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) Procurement Office regarding Solicitation 5400020189 for aggregate materials (hot laid and cold laid) available for pickup. The notice, posted on September 21, 2020, indicates that additional time is necessary to complete the procurement process, and therefore the award notice posting date has been extended indefinitely. The SCDOT will provide all offerors with prior notice at least three business days before posting the actual award notice, with notification to be made through a Notice of Revised Award Posting Date posted at the designated location and emailed to each offeror at their registered email address.

No specific pricing terms, set-asides, or funding information is provided in this extension notice. The extension does not establish new response or due dates but rather suspends the previously announced award posting timeline pending completion of the procurement evaluation process.
