About this file
The document is a Sensitive Security Information Acknowledgement Form issued by the City of Phoenix Aviation Department. This form is designed to protect sensitive security information governed by 49 C.F.R. Parts 15 and 1520, requiring signatories to acknowledge the confidential nature of specific documents related to an unspecified project. The form mandates that recipients can only disclose the information to persons with a "need to know" and requires the destruction of documents upon completing their review or by the contract's end date.
The related state and local contract opportunity involves the City of Phoenix Water Services Department and the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) seeking a contractor to provide In-Person Onsite Operator Certification Program Training Services. The two-year contract, with options to extend for three additional one-year periods, will cover certification training for water and wastewater operators at Grades 1-4. The solicitation was released on August 27, 2025, with proposals due by September 19, 2025. Contractors must have at least three years of operational history, certified instructors with five years of experience, and will be evaluated on experience and capability (405 points), method of approach (375 points), and cost (220 points). While no specific budget is detailed, the evaluation process emphasizes comprehensive training quality.
