All requests for substitutions must be submitted within the Question and Answer period and upon approval by the County, the bidder shall include the approved substitution in the Pricing table for the item(s).

The County shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by potential Contractors in the preparation or submission of their bids. Pre-contractual expenses are not to be included in the Contractor’s Pricing Sheet.
