EXHIBIT C
Auburn University at Montgomery invites Proposers to submit proposals for institutional support, and other value-added benefits associated with the award of a contract for campus beverage supply services. The University seeks proposals that maximize the overall value of the contractual relationship while supporting student success, athletic programs, campus engagement, and University events and activities.
The items listed below represent examples of the types of contributions and support the University is particularly interested in receiving. It is not an exhaustive list of potential contributions or a mandatory set of requirements. Respondents are encouraged to address these opportunities in their proposals and may propose additional forms of financial or in-kind support that align with the University’s interests. All proposed compensation and benefits must be clearly identified, quantified to the extent practicable, and describe any applicable conditions associated with each contribution or support opportunity offered.
A. Student Scholarships and Educational Support
• The University seeks $30,000 in annual scholarship contributions for University students.
B. Athletic Program Support
• AUM Athletics seeks $20,000 designated for AUM Athletics as an annual cash sponsorship.
AUM Athletics and the Contractor may mutually agree on home-game and Homecoming promotional tie-ins, subject to Athletics approval and scheduling. Proposers may offer additional promotional activations, including staffing, sampling, prizes, student engagement, and in-kind support.
• AUM Athletics seeks an annual sideline hydration and athletic training package of $2,500 per contract year, including initial delivery and recurring replenishment or replacement.
The package shall itemize branded sideline coolers, rolling coolers/carts, bottle carriers, towels, and sports drink powder/mix. In addition to the $2,500 annual package, the Contractor shall provide 225 squeeze bottles annually and disposable cups in quantities sufficient to meet Athletics’ training and competition needs throughout the contract term, at no additional cost. Proposers shall state product brand, quantities, valuation method, delivery schedule, and replacement policy. Sports drink powder quantities and value shall be separately identified within the sideline package; additional powder/mix shall be available to Athletics at discounted institutional pricing. AUM Athletics reserves the right to adjust product selections during contract negotiations.
• AUM Athletics seek an annual allotment of donated product, including cases of water, canned beverages, sports/electrolyte beverages and protein/recovery beverages. These allocations are separate from the sideline package and cash sponsorship. Proposers should provide a list of eligible products, case counts and sizes, permitted substitutions, delivery frequency, valuation, and the procedure for changing the product mix. Proposers should describe whether unused annual product allowances may carry forward and any applicable restrictions. Sports drink powder should be reported separately and should not reduce the annual commitment.
• AUM Athletics seeks to install, upgrade or replace, where necessary, Athletics Concessions visi-coolers, listed in Exhibit A and as indicated in this Exhibit C.

Athletics Complex with potential co-branding, including photographs, pricing, installation, replacement, and ownership. All sponsorship marks, signage, venue names, promotions, and creative materials require University approval.
• AUM Athletics seeks to upgrade existing baseball and softball scoreboards each to fully digital, customizable displays. Exclusive advertising rights on each board will be granted to Contractor, in the event that both scoreboards are able to be upgraded with partnership contributions.
C. Complimentary Products and Campus Events/Promotions
• 300 cases of complimentary beverages and products for University-sponsored events and functions.
• Promotional campaigns, product sampling, giveaways, and other student engagement opportunities.
• Proposers should identify any limitations on complimentary products, including eligible products, ordering requirements, expiration dates, and any other applicable conditions.
