About this file
This document is an Attachment E - Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan for a Request for Proposal (RFP) related to an Interior Plant Maintenance contract for Mahonia Hall, the governor's residence, located in Marion County and the City of Salem, Oregon. The RFP requires bidders to describe the steps they will take to solicit certified minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses for subcontracting opportunities if awarded the contract. Bidders must indicate whether they are certified firms themselves and provide a list of certified firms and other minority/woman/veteran/small businesses they have worked with in the past two years. The contract length is not specified.
The document also outlines the reporting requirements if a contract is awarded, where the successful bidder would need to report the identity and value of each subcontractor to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID). Pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, and other financial details are not provided in this attachment.
