About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Questionnaire for a federal contract opportunity with the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific. The contract will involve the construction of an aircraft parking apron, maintenance hangar, and fuel storage facilities at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The magnitude of construction is anticipated to be over $500 million. NAVFAC is seeking responses from small businesses, including 8(a), HUBZone, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and large businesses that have experience with similar new construction (design-bid-build) projects completed or substantially completed within the past 10 years. Respondents must submit information on up to six relevant projects and provide a letter from a surety indicating their single contract bonding capacity. Responses are due by June 18, 2024 at 2:00 pm HST and will be held confidential. This is a sources sought announcement only and not a solicitation; no contract will be awarded, and no debriefings will be provided.
