About this file
This Statement of Work outlines requirements for archival print reproduction services for the Library of Congress Store, which operates under the Library's Office of Business Enterprises. The contractor must provide three types of print services: in-store prints, online prints via Shopify, and interior design prints, with sizes ranging from 11"x14" up to 32"x40". All prints must be museum-quality reproductions on archival paper using high-resolution digital files provided by the Library.
Key requirements include the ability to provide prints with backer boards and cello bag packaging, branded back sheets/stickers, and various frame options for online and interior design orders. The contractor must create an ordering interface with the Library's Shopify store for online sales, provide shipping confirmation and tracking, and fulfill bulk print orders within 3 weeks. All shipments must use the Library's UPS account with pre-approval of shipping estimates. The contractor must submit separate quotes for each service type and provide digital proofs for initial orders. Every print must include collection provenance printed on the bottom center. Online and interior design services are fulfilled on-demand based on actual customer orders.
