About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details the requirements for a Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) supporting the 81st Training Group's Human Performance Optimization Program at Keesler Air Force Base. The primary objective is to enhance physical performance, readiness, and rehabilitation for Non-Prior Service Airmen/Guardians and 81 TRG permanent party personnel by developing and implementing workout plans that optimize physical and cognitive resilience, reduce musculoskeletal injury risks, and improve overall mission effectiveness.
Key requirements include developing comprehensive fitness programs, conducting strength and conditioning assessments, tracking individual and program outcomes, and collaborating with the Military Training Office. The SCC must hold a Strength and Conditioning Coach certification from organizations like NSCA, NCSF, or NASM, with at least one year of industry experience.
