About this file

This document is Attachment G - Statement of Exceptions for a state and local government contract opportunity. The attachment provides instructions for proposers to identify any exceptions they have to the terms of the contract agreement. Specifically, proposers must (1) identify the page number, section number and title of the contract term they seek to delete or substitute, and (2) provide the rationale for each exception along with proposed substitute language.

The document does not contain details about the specific products or services being procured, project overviews, response dates, award dates, contract term, or other salient information typically found in a solicitation. This attachment is focused solely on providing a process for proposers to identify and justify any exceptions they have to the standard contract terms.
