About this file
This document is an Attachment E Certification related to minimum standards for child care tuition assistance and on-site or near-site subsidized child care placements for a state and local contract opportunity. The certification requires bidders to indicate whether they are an "Exempt Employer" with fewer than 50 full-time employees or a "Qualified Employer" with 50 or more full-time employees that has established a dependent care assistance program, offers child care tuition assistance, or provides on-site or near-site subsidized child care placements. This certification is a condition of award and will become part of the contract documents.
The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, award amounts, or the contract term and renewal options. It solely focuses on the child care assistance requirements for qualified employers bidding on this state and local contract opportunity.
