If proposal excludes Priority 3, project start date may be between April 15, 2025, and August 15, 2026. If proposal includes Priority 3, start date must be after USGS receives its final FY 2025 appropriation. Priority 3 activities cannot start later than August 15, 2025. Up to 2 awards with different start dates may be issued.
