Performance Work Statement (PWS)
Emergency Back-up Generator Repair at Bldg. 44/45
1.0
Scope of Work. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) U.S. Vegetable Laboratory in Charleston, SC has an emergency need for repair of the Emergency Generator at the Bldg. 44/45 at the Charleston Location.
The contractor shall be required to deliver the assessment in accordance with the technical requirements in Section 3 below.
2.0 Background. The U.S. Vegetable Laboratory buildings 44/45 needs repair of the Emergency Generator to avoid loss of critical research material in the event of a power outage.
3.0 CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
Technical Requirements/Tasks. This project requires the immediate repair of all affected components for the Bldg. 44/45 Emergency Generator. This will include the following requests:
3.1 Review and diagnosis for full repair of Emergency Generator for Bldg. 44/45
3.2 Repair all affected issues with minimal disruption to mission critical and facility operations
4.0 Deliverables: Affected Generator is completely repaired and brought back to full functionallity.
