About this file
This sources sought notice requests capability statements for programmable building controllers to support Hurricane Florence recovery facilities at Marine Corps Air Station New River. Interested vendors are requested to submit, no later than March 5, 2020, a brief capabilities statement package not exceeding five pages demonstrating ability to provide commercially available controls equipment with specifications equivalent to Johnson Controls Incorporated or Distech controllers. Required equipment includes programmable building controllers for network automation engines, network control modules, building level control, zone control, or field equipment control utilizing BACnet and/or Metasys N2 communications protocols. Capabilities statements should identify at least one but not more than three installed systems where the vendor's non-JCI or non-Distech digital controllers have been successfully configured using JCI or Distech software, serving HVAC systems, and provide customer references. This is a market research notice to determine availability for a potential award by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Department of the Navy.
