About this file
This document is a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for the USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC-19) 5C1 DSRA TYCOM 6 contract (Solicitation N6264925RA055). The QASP outlines the Department of the Navy's performance monitoring and evaluation process for the contractor, detailing government roles, surveillance methods, and performance standards. Key surveillance activities include direct observation, verification of documentation and deliverables, and periodic inspections to ensure contract compliance.
The plan specifies six primary performance assessment areas: schedule and associated reports, corrective action requests, condition found reports, letters of concern/direction, and cure/show cause notices. The government will continuously monitor the contractor's performance, with the Project Manager/Contracting Officer Representative (PM/COR) assigning either an acceptable or unacceptable rating based on predefined quality levels. Performance documentation may be used in the Contractor Performance Assessment Report System (CPARS) and can support future contractual actions.
