Key requirements include maintaining current certifications from standards organizations such as NIST, furnishing site-specific Accident Prevention Plans and Activity Hazard Analysis within 30 days of award, complying with EM 385-1-1 safety standards, and meeting all facility security requirements including background checks and Antiterrorism Level I training. Deliverables include calibration certificates or detailed service reports listing all tests performed with Pass/Fail results, calibration labels affixed to each equipment item, and two printed plus one electronic copy of all reports and certifications submitted to the Contracting Officer's Representative annually. The contract is structured under six Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for base year and option year work at each location.
