About this file
This document contains a certification regarding lobbying activities that must be completed for a Broad Agency Announcement from the Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration seeking innovative tools, techniques, and processes to accelerate project delivery. The announcement is soliciting proposals to identify and test new approaches and technologies to streamline project planning, development, construction, and operations and maintenance. Proposals are due by a date not specified in the information provided, and awards will be made on a rolling basis to recipients who demonstrate how their solutions can help deliver transportation projects more efficiently and effectively. The certification requires any recipients of federal funds through the announcement to disclose any lobbying activities carried out to influence the award and to certify compliance with limitations on the use of federal appropriations for such purposes.
