About this file
Attachment L2 is a response template for the State of Florida's Department of Management Services Productivity Tools Request for Proposal (RFP No. 25-43231513-RFP), specifically for Service Category 2: Office Productivity and Document Management. The document outlines a competitive solicitation for digital productivity solutions, requiring vendors to respond to five detailed prompts addressing capabilities in content creation, document management, word processing, advanced document design, document storage, version control, and records management. Vendors must submit responses within strict character limits, with Prompt 1 worth 5 points and Prompts 2-5 worth a maximum of 4 points total. The proposal requires detailed technical responses demonstrating the solution's capabilities across various productivity tool categories.
The RFP allows for comprehensive vendor submissions with provisions for Service Level Agreements and additional terms and conditions, which will be incorporated into the final Term Contract but will not be scored during evaluation. The contract will have an initial two-year term with potential renewals, and includes a mandatory 1% transaction fee on all payments. While specific budget ranges are not explicitly stated, the procurement supports tiered pricing structures scalable to different organizational sizes. Vendors must comply with multiple statutory requirements, including E-Verify usage, avoiding forced labor, and maintaining state contract eligibility. The evaluation process will assess proposals based on cost (2.75 points), technical responses (0-5 point scale), and experience (pass/fail with 0.25 points), with proposals due by April 8, 2025.
