About this file
Attachment J is a Foreign Country of Concern Attestation form issued by the Florida Department of Management Services for the Productivity Tools (RFP No. 25-43231513-RFP) solicitation. The form requires bidders to certify that their entity is not owned by, organized under the laws of, or controlled by the government of a Foreign Country of Concern when submitting a bid that would grant access to Personal Identifying Information. The form must be signed under penalties of perjury by an officer or representative of the bidding entity, affirming the truthfulness of the statement.
The attestation is part of a broader competitive procurement for a statewide Productivity Tools Term Contract, which seeks vendors to provide digital productivity solutions across collaboration, communication, office productivity, document management, cloud services, storage, workflow automation, and task management categories. Vendors must complete this form as part of their compliance with state regulations, demonstrating their commitment to ethical business practices and protecting sensitive information. The form supports the state's efforts to ensure that contractors do not have inappropriate foreign government connections that could potentially compromise data security or operational integrity.
