About this file
This document contains a press release template and details of a related federal contract opportunity solicitation. The press release template outlines a firm-fixed-price contract award for the production of Virtual Tactical Bridge, Voice Matrix, and T-Junction modules. These modules will be incorporated into the Virtual Tactical Bridge embarked Shipboard Radio tactical voice component for the Advanced Training Domain/Battle Force Tactical Training shipboard combat system trainer. Key locations, completion dates, option details, appropriated funds amounts, number of offers received, and contracting activity are left blank for the offeror to complete.
The related solicitation seeks proposals for the production, engineering changes, hardware upgrades, and sustainment of modules/components for Virtual Tactical Bridge embarked Shipboard Radio systems. The Naval Sea Systems Command is issuing this request for proposal as a small business set-aside. The solicitation supersedes previous notices and inquiries should be directed to specified Navy contacts. No reimbursement for questions or information will be provided as there is no associated funding, and the RFP does not constitute a contract or commitment.
