About this file
This annual inventory report template outlines reporting requirements for government property held by a contractor under a USAID agreement in Zambia. The report requires a program overview including the contract number, dates, partners, geographic coverage and funding sources. It also outlines an annual inventory of government property in the contractor's custody, including motor vehicles, furniture, and other non-expendable property with values. The contractor must attest that physical inventories are taken at least annually, accountability records agree with inventories, and the total value reported agrees with detailed records and estimated average ages of property categories.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from USAID Zambia for the Program for Advancing Supply Chain Outcomes activity. The goal is to strengthen transportation and distribution systems for lifesaving health commodities in Zambia, including involvement of locally owned logistics companies. The opportunity aims to ensure sustainable access to safe, effective, quality-assured and affordable health products.
