C.3.1.6 Continued Solution quoted includes the following functionalities:

| Base Period Training. |
The Contractor shall provide two on-site led training sessions for up to a total of 15 Government personnel.
Training must provide visual guidance sufficient for learning how to perform all solution functionalities.
Contractor understands it is responsible for providing its own connection to its training site, e.g., hot spot.
Contractor shall provide links to all training materials provided during any on-site training shall be made available for use as a resource throughout the term of the award.

| Data Ownership. |
(1) The legal case management solution allows for only CSOSA to be the owner of all data within the legal case management solution provided.
(2) On the last day of the last period of performance, the Contractor will provide to the COR a data file consisting of all data in the solution as of 12:01AM that day.
(3) Along with the data file, the Contractor shall provide a data dictionary.
(4) The Contractor understands the data file and data dictionary must be provided no later than 12pm on the last day of the last period of performance; and
(5) The Contractor will be available all the remaining of that business day to ensure the data file provided is readable.

C.4 Continued
(1) Legal Case Management Solution. Within seven calendar days of award, the Contractor shall provide to the COR all required software license information, software keys, serial numbers, authorization codes, activation codes, etc. necessary for 15 CSOSA users to begin utilizing the proposed solution that meets all of the requirements identified in this Statement of Work.
(2) Configuration:
(a) Per C.3.3, will complete any configuration required to optimize the solution no later than 21 days from date of award.
(b) Within 5 days of award, the Contractor shall identify to the COR, in writing, the specific configuration required to optimize the solution.
(3) Conversion all CSOSA data to the Contractor’s provided legal case management solution shall be completed within 90 days from award (which include CSOSA time for security clearance of all Contractor personnel performing conversion services.

| The following preferred functionalities of the quoted system are listed in order of importance. |
(1) Integrates with Microsoft (MS) Office 365, including MSOutlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint;
(2) Integrates with legal research tools, e.g., Westlaw & LexisNexis;
(3) Has drill down ability on reports and Gantt Charts (e.g. view cases that comprise a result set).
(4) Ability to assign temporary privileges to non-licensed user to allow them to view and edit a document collaboratively.
