About this file
This is an award specification document detailing various employee service recognition items for different years of service milestones. The items include service pins starting at 5 years (5/8" diameter antique bronze), progressing through 10 years (satin silver), 15 years (satin silver with periwinkle enamel), 20 years (antique silver with blue enamel), and 25 years (gold plating with blue enamel). For longer service periods, the awards become more substantial: 30 years features a 7"x8" walnut plaque with gold medallion, 35 years includes a 10"x7" walnut plaque, 40 years offers a piano dome clock with mahogany finish, 45 years provides a mahogany finish book clock, and 50+ years receives a large engraved brass plate.
The document is part of RFQ 030ADV25Q0038 issued by the Library of Congress for an IDIQ contract to supply employee length of service awards. The solicitation is unrestricted with no set-aside requirements or socioeconomic preferences. The procurement is being conducted as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products under FAR subpart 12.6.
