Statement of Work

Title: Service Emergency Generator Contract One year plus four option years

Objective: Full service and load test on TTFVRU Emergency Backup Generator-Mission Critical for Facility Operations

Approach:

Pacific Power Group will perform a full-service PM and 1.5hr. load test and permit. To ensure correct generator operation. The full service includes oil. Oil filters, fuel filters and air filters. At the time of service, the oil pre alarm and shutdown oil sensor will be provided and replaced. The load test will be conducted for at least one and a half hours. A Generator maintenance report and Load test report will be supplied at the conclusion of the service. Two Technicians are required for line of site operation during load test. Technicians will also replace the three-oil sensors, Pressure, Alarm and Shutdown sensors. one time repair!

The Vendor Agrees To:

1. Changing the oil, oil filter, fuel filters and air filters.

2. Replacing the oil pressure, pre alarm, and shutdown sensor.

3. Secure Electrical permit from the Washington State Dept. of Labor and Industries for the connection of the load bank.

4. Conducting a 1.5 hr. load bank test.

5. Submit reports on generator performance.
