About this file
This document is Attachment E - Proprietary/Confidential Information Identification for a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation. The RFP seeks proposals to provide services for three complete turn-key Visitor Center exhibits projects at Grayson Highlands, Staunton River State Park, and Staunton River Battlefield State Park. Contractors must have a comprehensive understanding of visitor centers and exhibit principles and practices, as well as knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local requirements, funding, and regulations. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit are required. Proposals must identify any proprietary or confidential information that the offeror wishes to be withheld from public disclosure.
The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements and sources, or other salient information. It focuses solely on the process for identifying and protecting proprietary or confidential information within the proposal submission.
