About this file

This document is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between the South Carolina State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA) and an unnamed recipient, related to Solicitation #54000XXXXX. The NDA is designed to protect confidential information during the preparation of offers for a solicitation, with the agreement covering sensitive data such as current environment, security policies, operation reports, equipment architecture, customer information, and third-party contracts.

The confidentiality obligations are comprehensive and indefinite, requiring the recipient to maintain strict confidentiality of all shared information. The recipient must protect the confidential information with the same level of care used to protect their own proprietary data, limit access to employees and contractors on a need-to-know basis, and immediately report any potential unauthorized disclosure. Upon completion of the approved purpose or request by SFAA, the recipient must return or destroy all confidential materials. The agreement emphasizes robust security measures and places significant responsibility on the recipient to prevent any inadvertent or intentional information breaches.
