About this file

This document is a comprehensive Pricing Matrix attachment for a Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) solicitation, likely for a state or local government purchasing consortium. The attachment outlines detailed pricing requirements across four service categories: Mainframe Disaster Recovery Services, Traditional Colocation Services, Managed Infrastructure as a Service for Disaster Recovery, and Network Managed Services. Vendors are requested to provide pricing metrics, entry/mid-tier/top-tier price points, and service type breakdowns for each category, with flexibility to add lines and specify unique service offerings.

The pricing matrix includes a volume discounting structure based on annual revenue watersheds ranging from $4 million to $12 million, with vendors expected to propose initial discount percentages from their current price lists. The document provides extensive categories for pricing, including specific service types like virtual servers, network infrastructure, security monitoring, professional services, and one-time implementation costs. Vendors must detail their pricing for various technical environments, including different server platforms, operating systems, storage configurations, and network management services, with an emphasis on flexible, scalable pricing models that can accommodate diverse technological infrastructures.
