About this file
This document appears to be an attachment that outlines the key milestones and contract deliverable timeline for a federal contract opportunity.
The attachment details the timeline for key contract milestones, including the contract award, issuance of task orders for the Gateways and Access Sites, and the installation and acceptance of the Gateways and Access Sites. It also specifies the timeline for the contractor to provide updates to the Contract Implementation Plan (CIP) over the course of the contract. The contract opportunity is for the Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) Commercial Ethernet Gateway (CEG) initiative in Hawaii, with the purpose of migrating to Ethernet-based services to eliminate legacy technology and reduce telecommunications costs. The contract will be awarded as a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with a 10-year period of performance. The solicitation is being evaluated using the lowest price technically acceptable method, and the NAICS code is 517111.

Elevations, Electrical Power Requirements)
c. Basic Access Site Design (Proposed Access Site Equipment, typical physical connections) d.Proposed Test Procedures for CEG and Access Sites
e. A draft Implementation Schedule (high-level) for both CEGs and Access Sites. A few
Notional Sites should be used, sufficient to show your understanding of reporting requirements. The following information is required in the schedule:
i. Planned Install Start (For Initial CIP submission assume 1 Sep 2021 Contract Award)
ii. Planned Install Complete iii.Contractor Implementation POC iv.POC Tel#
v. POC Email vi.Contractor NOC/Trouble Reporting Contact Info vii.For Access Sites: VLAN Homing Assignments (i.e., Ref ID# of Gateway to which an Access Site will be connected) – this does not need to be in proposal submission and can be deferred until the Initial IPR
2. Data to be provided by the contractor in the Final CIP (after award and 1st IPR, reflecting Government review/comments) - All of 1 above updated per 1st IPR comments and at a minimum:

CONTRACTING OFFICER ISSUES GATEWAY TASK ORDER TO CONTRACTOR
* Note that if contractor elects to use its own site to host gateway equipment, the fiber path between the contractor’s site and the Government Gateway location must be described in the CEG Design Document to include complete and accurate A location and Z location information, circuit ID and POC information for the service provider location.
4. Data to be provided by Contractor in support of Gateway Acceptance – All are part of next CIP Update unless otherwise noted:
a. As-built CEG Site Design – to include at a minimum:
i. Vendor Circuit ID for each NNI
ii. CCSD for each NNI
iii. VLAN ID(s) for each NNI
iv. Any changes to information provided in 2a if applicable b.Updated Implementation Schedule – if unchanged from 2c then so state
