About this file

This document is an Attachment D detailing bidder qualifications for PRF75 Foreign Language Interpretation and Translation Services, amended on 4.7.21. The document appears to be part of a state procurement process soliciting vendors to provide language interpretation services, with specific requirements for companies interested in bidding on the contract.

The contract seeks providers of telephonic and video remote interpretation services across multiple languages, with stringent requirements for service delivery. Key service expectations include 24/7 availability, toll-free access, rapid response times (15 seconds for live agents, 5 seconds for automated systems), and maintaining an average 30-second connection time. Contractors must have pre-qualified, tested interpreters adhering to American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards, provide dedicated account support, and prioritize emergency and time-critical calls. The document outlines comprehensive qualification criteria including industry experience, government sector contracts, professional development, background check processes, and financial standing verification.
