About this file
This document is the COBID Outreach Plan for the Oregon Department of Administrative Services' Request for Applications for the Senior Emergency Medical Services Pilot Projects. The plan requires applicants to indicate if they are Oregon-certified minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, or emerging small businesses, and to provide a list of any certified firms or other minority/woman/service-disabled veteran/emerging small businesses they have contracted with in the last two years. If the applicant foresees subcontracting opportunities, they must describe the steps they will take to solicit certified firms and the potential subcontracting opportunities and values. Applicants awarded a contract must be willing to report the identity and value of each subcontractor to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for the Senior Emergency Medical Services Pilot Projects in the state of Oregon. The purpose of these pilot projects is to provide funding for activities and projects that will assist residents in Oregon's long-term care facilities.
