About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Senior Emergency Medical Services Pilot Projects in the state of Oregon. The purpose of this Addendum is to announce the results of the evaluation of applicants received in response to the RFP and to provide notice of the Oregon Department of Human Services' (ODHS) intent to award contracts to the successful applicants.
The Addendum provides the scoring results for the first and second openings of the RFP. For the first opening, the Eugene Springfield Fire department was not awarded a contract, as their proposal lacked depth in technical details. For the second opening, the City of Lake Oswego Fire Department was not awarded a contract for the same reason, while Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue received the highest score of 94 and was selected for a contract award. The Addendum also outlines the scoring and protest process, stating that applicants must have a minimum total average score of 60 points to qualify for a contract, and that successful negotiations between the Agency and the proposer are required for contract execution.
