About this file
This is a solicitation provision attestation document for the OCC Tri-Merge Credit Reporting Services for CNBE contract. The attestation serves as a compliance verification form that prospective contractors must complete and submit as part of their proposal response to the solicitation numbered 2031JW26Q00074. The document requires contractors to attest to their understanding of and compliance with specific solicitation provisions and requirements established by the Department of the Treasury's Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), specifically on behalf of the Office of the Chief National Bank Examiner (CNBE).
The tri-merge credit reporting services requirement seeks consolidated credit reports sourced from the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion). The contract will be awarded using FAR Part 12 procedures as a firm-fixed-unit-price contract for a base period of one year plus four one-year option periods, with a potential completion date of September 13, 2031. Proposal submissions are due by 12:00 PM ET on July 17, 2026, and must be directed to Anethra.Facione@occ.treas.gov. This attestation document functions as an essential compliance component requiring contractors to formally acknowledge and confirm their adherence to all solicitation terms and conditions prior to award consideration.
