About this file

The document is a Site Visit Validation Form for the Department of Criminal Justice Training, located in Richmond, Kentucky, for solicitation RFB 758 2600000100. Site visits are scheduled for Monday, September 8, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. and Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., with potential vendors required to contact Kyle Hurt at 859-408-1533 to schedule a tour of the Jody Cash Multipurpose Building at 100 Hancock Taylor Lane.

Bidders are mandated to inspect the site where services are to be performed and understand all local conditions that may impact the performance of the scrubbers being offered. The form is critical for bid responsiveness, as vendors must obtain a signature from the agency representative after touring the site, and failure to do so will result in bid disqualification. Additionally, vendors are strictly prohibited from discussing or revealing any pricing information during the site visit, with a warning that such disclosure could render the bid non-responsive.
