The proposal submission deadline is May 23, 2025, at 1:00 PM PST, with a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting scheduled for May 7, 2025, and a question deadline of May 9, 2025. Tentative interviews and demonstrations are scheduled for the week of June 16, 2025. The contract has an initial 36-month duration with an optional 24-month renewal period.
The RFP specifies that proposers must have a minimum of five years of experience supporting government customers in production environments and must have completed at least three successful government agency implementations within the last five years. The evaluation will be conducted in two phases, allocating 40% to technical proposal methodology, 35% to experience and organizational capacity, and 25% to pricing. The total contract value is $1,000,000. Mandatory insurance requirements include $1,000,000 for general and motor vehicle liability, $1,000,000 for professional liability, and $5,000,000 for cyber liability. The RFP emphasizes that work must be performed without subcontractors and requires comprehensive documentation of technical capabilities, past performance, and security protocols.
