The image is an internationally recognized symbol indicating a person walking a dog, depicted in white iconography on a deep blue background. This pictogram suggests an area where dog walking is permitted or expected, and is likely intended for use on signage related to the Legacy Trail Overpass project in Sarasota County, Florida.

The icon represents a standardized, easily understood graphic communication method that can be used on public infrastructure signs to provide clear, universal guidance about dog walking permissions or expectations in a specific area. Its simple, high-contrast design ensures visibility and quick comprehension by trail users, which aligns with the county's apparent goal of creating clear directional and informational signage for the Legacy Trail Overpass project.
