About this file
This document is an Attachment C - Proposer Information and Certification Sheet for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Lane Community College in Oregon for Titan Bookstore Operation Management. The RFP seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide bookstore services, including furnishing services, equipment, goods, and supplies necessary to manage and operate a professional bookstore that will serve students and the community. The RFP covers the jurisdictions of Lane County and the City of Eugene. Proposals are due by a specific closing date, and the selected contractor will be required to comply with various certifications and disclosures related to taxes, discrimination, wage parity, and conflicts of interest.
The document outlines the pricing and commercial terms of the contract opportunity, including a 60-day firm offer period and the potential for contract negotiation and execution. Additionally, the RFP requires the selected contractor to comply with Oregon laws regarding broadband internet access service and to ensure that the contractor and its employees are not on exclusion lists maintained by the federal government.
