About this file
This document is an Attachment C - Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan for the Oregon Business Development Fund (OBDF) - Loan Referral Services procurement (RFP S-12300-00009536) by the state of Oregon. The plan outlines the steps the proposer, the Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments, will take to ensure certified disadvantaged businesses, including minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses, have an equal opportunity to participate in any subcontracting opportunities resulting from this contract. The proposer indicates it does not currently have a contractual relationship with a certified firm but has had relationships with other minority-owned, woman-owned, and emerging small businesses. The proposer confirms it would be willing to report the identity and value of any subcontracts to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) if awarded the contract.
The procurement is for loan referral services for the OBDF program in the state of Oregon. The contract term and any renewal options are not specified in the document. Pricing terms, funding sources, and other salient commercial details are also not provided.
