This document is a Brand Name Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The procurement involves Ludowici custom tiles to replace the roof of Building 4 at the Alexandria VA Health Care System (AVAHCS), with an estimated quantity of 4,200 sq. ft. The solicitation will be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, with the specific brand name (Ludowici) required due to State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) approval and facility standardization.
