About this file

This document contains an in-place equipment list and description of work for a federal contract to replace HVAC equipment at Building 1074. The Naval Sea Systems Command is soliciting proposals to remove an existing roof top air handling unit and install five new ductless split system units at Building 1074 of the NAVSEA NUWC Division in Keyport. The contractor will be responsible for removing the old HVAC equipment, supplying and installing the new ductless split systems, as well as any necessary electrical, plumbing, and core drilling work. An equipment list is provided to track assets removed and installed along with costs. The replacement of the roof top unit and addition of ductless systems will allow for modification of the building's HVAC system.
