About this file
This document contains a certification form regarding limitations on subcontracting for services and construction contracts awarded by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The form requires the contractor to certify that it will comply with the applicable limitations on subcontracting for the predominant North American Industry Classification System code assigned to the contract. For services contracts, no more than 50% of the amount paid by the government can be paid to non-veteran-owned small businesses; for general construction contracts the limit is 85%; and for special trade construction contracts the limit is 75%. The contractor must acknowledge that providing false information is subject to criminal penalties and VA may require documentation to verify compliance with the limitations on subcontracting at any time during contract performance.
The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number 36C25221Q0667 from the Department of Veterans Affairs to replace two power distribution units at the Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Contractors must provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for this project.
